The relationship between the amigos…

Might not be so amigo-like. In a call with Tud IR a few months back one of my questions was whether the relationship between the three was good or not. There was a pause and although I don't recall the exact words it led me to believe the relationship had some strain or was not ideal. I muted this Larry fool but I can see he's pretty actively spewing his vomit here. Is there any reason that Tuo/Dino would benefit by having bashers attend the Tud and Amk boards while continually pumping Tuo? It seems pretty dumb to me but the more I read and hear of the foul past and a defamation lawsuit I am considering this is a possibility. Thoughts from the long timers here?

I got the strong impression through communications with AMK that is true as well. Seems like TUD and AMK are tight. TUO with the others ..not so much. But in the end, as Fordster eludes , business is business !

Captain, my opinion is that Larry is here strictly to undermine the Treaty Creek project.  More recently he has been attempting to drive a wedge between the three parties.  This is a typical strategy to generate dissent, and is often used in politics.  Again, the goal is to undermine the credibility of the entire project.  Do not fall for this. Are you suggesting that Dino is trying to manipulate the market by hiring posters on Stockhouse????? Thats absurd.  BUt it is also libelous and slanderous. Dino has delivered for TUO shareholders year after year.  He is a model for good management and governance.  He has delivered value!

you made your point you said you sold so no one sticks around repeating themselves as they throw dirt / that is where you will get your backside nailed to the wall in a court case because you dont have to be the smartest cookie in the room to see your adjenda and the damage it creates / thus the liabilty of your actions /

Thanks a ton for the insightful response Rockport. It's in line with what I figured but nice to hear it reiterated. I'll track down that 2012 PR. I got into this in 2019 and honestly did not do any research into the past relationships of the three but always figured it must be solid as they all share the same goals. Okay I got a plane to catch. Thanks for all the great discussions folks!!!
