I'll keep adding to my position...I'll be waiting for Tuo to spin off before I buy them...if that fails, I'll go happily into TUD. ...where there's smoke there's fire...where there's rat droppings they're rats: and they're here for a reason. I'm letting them do all their summer damage before I get serious in investing.
Hey- so do they buy us out if Newco buys...or do we get swapped out for newco shares? ...I see a mass exodus if we all get newco shares. This would make another great buying opportunity as I see it.

Your ideas make sense. Ronnie Stoeferle buying TUD at these prices make me confident you're right about smoke being a sign of fire. The press release eluded to a cash deal, but perhaps that's an area of surprise? Kelvin hasn't returned my call, but I understand he's busy.

Yes, Fordy does luv those pink sheets!!! He insists its the most reputable non-market around! Thats why he luvs the non-bid from the Cunningham group of companies whose parent is liste on the PInk SHeets............with a mkt cap of $2.5 million and no financials filed in the past few years!!!!
