Look at the Quebec map, the Abitibi region is mining country for 100 years. Amex is not in the bush. You can drive to the site. No billion dollar access road to build. PLUS, local availability of all gold processing facilities needed, no social acceptance obstacle. PLUS, mineralization goes up to the surface = no shaft to build, open pit or a ramp will do it.
