RE:RE:RE:Well...... IMOI have never applied for a patent and have no idea what the process is. I have never even seen the paper work involved in obtaining a patent.
I have never been through the process that AMY is using to test their technology.

I have absolutely no idea how much time is required to go from the completion of testing to the submitting of a patent.
I do not know if the testing must be completed as a requirement to submit the patent.
I do not know but I would guess there are very few people on this board that do know all these things well enough to predict when the testing must be completed to obtain the patent.

I do know that Larry has always been very straight forward with everything I have heard or read he has had to say.
I cannot recall Larry ever saying that something will happen and it did not.
My guess, and it is purely a guess, is that no one on this board can predict when the patent will be submitted any better than Larry can.
I know that Larry has said the patent will be submitted in November.
