The 99.2 % is the purity of the cobalt and not recovery.  You can get high purity  from very low recovered cobalt and the rest of it goes into waste.  Not a efficient closed loop process.   My guess is recoveries are probably less the 40%  with less for other cathode material which they don’t discuss.   They don’t discuss recoveries the most important part of recycling because their methodology is to make money on what cobalt they can recover.  What do they do with the waste steams?   I am unable to comment further as they little or nothing to compare with.  The only high value being the purity of what ever cobalt they recover. They have no patent pending because what they are doing can not be patented.
