You ask a very valid question as Kemetco does in fact have a long list of projects on the go, so once construction of the mini plant commences, one could assume details will be communicated through press and a Friday podcast update, considering its importance of this project to the corporation..
That could be the reason for the mini plants projected completion date of 2019, as Kemetco could have previous projects in the que to complete, before ramping up AMYs mini project.
Neometals built their mini plant at the Neomet lab in Montreal, and if I am not mistaken, the plan is to build AMYs mini plant at the Kemetco lab.
Based on the mini plant at Neomet, it shouldnt take long to build once it starts.
Pretty neat stuff if you look at Neomets mini pilot presentation, and as the tech is very similiar, the mini plant likely will be as well.
