AMY has proven they can do it, has Umicore. Don’t see any published process plans or patents coming from them. Speaking of patents, Larry never said 100 % that patent would be granted by November. He has no control over US government timelines. He only estimated 1year point from filing. Pilot plan is on schedule even with delays for equipment.
