US shares for saleAnother 500K up for sale on the US exchange. There is an endless supply. This is always the problem with using provate placements to raise money. The investors buy share and get a warrant. When the 4 month hold is up they sell their shares to get their money back and now have warrant to buy later once the price moves up above the warrant exercise. If the stock never goes up the warrants expire but they already got their money back!!!! There are no shorts covering as others would try to explain this seemingly endless supply.
