Larry" We are just ahead of them" - battery makers.

Larry" We are just ahead of them" - battery makers.Think about what has been going on in the last year. Too many are now jumping on the EV car, EV battery and battery recyclers and most inportant, the supply chain. I was liscensed structural engineer during the 70's, 80's and 90's when we tried building dozen's of nuclear plants.  It was very hethic and  the cost kept increasing. Employees would jump to another company for a 20% increase in pay. Schedules were constantly slip.  I see something similiar happening now, maybe worse.  If the gigafactory owners are working hand and hand with the Architect/Engineer they should prioritize eveything well. It will be as Larry said on AMY recycling,  we are just ahead of them or they just need to catch up to AMY.  All they need from AMY right now is the operating area size, utilitiy and reagents requirements, a proof of demostation for plant output, than agreement on price. The owner will need to locate the recyling area in his plant so that the output material from the recycling process can be in proximity to the new battery production.
This location will be dependent on USA/Canada EVB recycling and carbon footprint regulations. These are still not know, but thought to be stricker than the preliminary EU regulations.

Hopefully, we can all work together to get this done right.  We all know there is no Plant B.
