I'm curious.Last chance for what ?This company hasn't done anything in the last 18 months even after moderately successful drilling.Do you mean this is the last chance to lose most of your money in a company ran by losers?Just telling the brutal truth.

Last chance for a big hit before they run out of money.  Exploration companies are almost always money losers but one success can cover a lot of losses.  Diversify and don't worry so much about each one.
