"An unprecedented level of automated customer self-service is a key aspect of the e-utility model envisioned by Ingraham. "With a few mouse clicks, a customer will be able to easily order additional e-commerce applications and check on system performance and usage. And this self-service convenience works for both the Wavve customer, the ISP or telco, as well as for their end customers. The types of changes and reports that today require a telephone call to an ISP or ASP, and which can take weeks to implement, will now be nearly instantaneous," said Ingraham"

I know there is plenty I left out, and perhaps a few
mistakes Wavve has made, but all in all, with all the inherent problems of a start-up, and looking at this
long-term, Wavve is doing fine. They have fantastic vision, and aiming at the future, trying to differentiate themselves from the others and truly evolve into an
"E-Utility" providing what the customer wants, and needs.
Good Job Wavve!
