We don't need to hear about how the permitting may not go as planned, or that there is, in fact, such a thing as an IB Agreement that HUD has yet to resolve. NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOUR STUPID FACTS, Dicroc! We are here to make loads of money on a sure thing, and really, dicroc, you are the only thing in our way, not financing, not permitting, not relationships with the local community, not logistics, not sales agreements that are no where close to being inplace, not anything but you, Dicroc.
