The NR is welcome so far as it goes,but as you note, so much other info is lacking that it is impossible to invest with any confidence in the future. The new equipment has to be tested and found to be what is needed to get them to 1000 tons per day without further delays. The most one can hope for is four more full boatloads by year's end. IMHO, any delays/gliches could well spell disaster.The greenspar 90 is a bit encouraging and could potentially speed up long-awaited off-takes but it will not happen overnite as it has to be delivered,tested and result in an agreement of some sort.
 My biggest concern now is finances. Can they survive until cash flow positive occurs?We will not be able to evaluate until HUD releases more information. Not holding my breath for that to happen based on past performance.
