RE:Going down.....Enginuity, unless (and until) HUD provides an update on their financial situation, shareholders will likely continue to see a slow deterioation in the stock. Even with the successful conclusion of some type of financing
 or collaboration agreement, it is difficult to foresee an increase in the shares. 
It is terribly disappointing to see such a promising project end up in the current prediciment but the reasons were on the wall months if not years ago and have been alluded to on this Board many times.
If I was holding this stock today, the call as to what to do would be a difficult one because hitting the sell button is always a hard decision to make,but it is usually the correct one.
For the sake of longs, I hope the coming weeks will be positive ones for you but it may be time to carefully eveluate your holdings.
