Sure or you could look at it as a positive that the company feels that they are dong things that will bring the stock back above the $.05 mark.  I'm a glass half full kind of guy.

the only reason I am holding this I hope managment will change for one and the other reason is that I bealive this will not go bunkrupt in the short term so if for some reason there is going to be some strength I will be dumping this sh.t!
