Its Lochinvar brand is a residential and commercial boiler brand in the United States. Its water softener branded products and problem well water solutions include the Hague, Impact Water, Water-Right, Master Water, Atlantic Filter and Water Tec brands.

You obviously haven't done your research. This is a major oil shale play right next to Oil Sands Quest (BQI) which also has oil shale permits in Pasquia Hills. BQI just announced their discovered reserves of 1.547 Billion Barrels of oil sands reserves via an independent review. They are now over $6.00.
