pilot project application?

Any idea when they plan to submit the pilot project application. I don't think it was mentioned in the last release, unless i missed it. I think toonboy said around Dec 14th but other posts indicate it was delayed. Wondered if anyone has updated info. Someone else mentioned that application was ready to submit.
Seems a bunch of the others are on the move today, ARN, CLL, STP etc but we are stagnant.
With the renewed interest in oil sands the past couple of days it would be a great time to send out a news release... instead of putting a bunch in one like last week...
