If you look at the details of the ERCB cancelation, you could figure out what will be impacted. The impacted land of AOS, miles away from the projects site, but we can't say that it would have no impact on AOS. AOS was aware of that some land is very environmental sensitive before purchasing the lease, a narrow corrido alone the banks of the river, everyone knows that people can't build a project over there. the Cancelation, however, I do not expected significant amount of compensation as AOS has never spent a cent on those land impacted.
