If Iran does attempt to block oil exports through the Strait of Hormuz they will block some of their export capacity as well.

Iran's top two customers in order are Japan followed by CHINA.....based on the above link provided. You can guarantee that CHINA will not accept any restriction imposed on its oil supply.....that is a given.
