SIR = supplemental information request  from the ERCB.  It basically means AOS did not send a detailed enough application initially, and the ERCB is asking for additional information/clarification........again.....  Go to the link provided  previously and you will see.  I did some reading and it appears as though they left out a fair amount of info.  I tried to link into another oilsands company's application but I cant figure out how to do it so I cant compare AOS to them to see if multiple SIR's are the norm.   This stock will sit in the doldrums if the application is not approved.  No application approval, no oil.  No oil, no stock appreciation other than what may be based on speculation.
