Mr. Bobye has more than 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, having held senior positions with Triton Canada Resources, Talisman Energy Inc., Alliance Pipeline Ltd., Altex Pipeline Ltd. and UTS Energy Corp. Most recently, Mr. Bobye was the vice-president and chief financial officer of SilverBirch Energy Corp
