Its Lochinvar brand is a residential and commercial boiler brand in the United States. Its water softener branded products and problem well water solutions include the Hague, Impact Water, Water-Right, Master Water, Atlantic Filter and Water Tec brands.

Subsequent event
In April 2014, the Company received $1.4 million in compensation with respect to the cancellation of a
portion of its oilsands leases under LARP.
The lease area cancelled under LARP are located in the Gipsy
-
Gordon Wildland Park Conservation Area and comprised of 1,200 hectares.
The Company is still awaiting the outcome of its
UDSR compensation claim.
