Its Lochinvar brand is a residential and commercial boiler brand in the United States. Its water softener branded products and problem well water solutions include the Hague, Impact Water, Water-Right, Master Water, Atlantic Filter and Water Tec brands.

Its not bad debt as it is secured by the purchaser assets. Worst case we end up owning the leduc properties once again.

from Q1 report:
"The loan is secured by a pledge on all properties of the purchaser, including any

properties acquired subsequent to the inception of the loan."
