Still here, just thinking, if we don't see news this week, APC is out of cash in Dec?? and HDL probably knows this.  Could make a strong case for HDL to say come join us, we have cash and we'll go places together.   

If we are out of cash in dec and if the results are as good as we dream they are, then why wouldn't HDL let apc go broke, way more negotiating power.  

What other reasons would there be to hold off on the news?
