Here is my take on what's happening.
Some shareholders have been in this a long time and were expecting more than just the we did great news. Seen this news way to often, however, this is probably the greatest "we did great" news ever! These frustrated shareholders have been wanting to see a monetary Deal.
We didn't see it the dollar deal, only we did great. Everyone knows we need cash. These are guys are probably thinking, screw this is, I'm done.
Or it's the above situation plus the below situation:
We need money, someone said yes, I'll give it to you but only at .05 price. What do you do? Take the PP so someone drives the price down. Next we see a PP anouncement at .05.
If you have deep pockets you can dictate to APC and who wouldn't dictate a .05 PP.
