HDL is a bird in hand they should continue to negotiate something with them.   They don't need to hit the grand slam with HDL, just a hit a single and get us on base.    There are hundreds of other companies we can hit home runs with later.   We just need the first deal to wake the market up, fund us, and find a good biz dev team and we are off.  Bill can do whatever he does then....
