Hey David,  thanks for the feedback.  I have been struggling with this part of the last nr:

Work continues on the restructuring announced Dec. 31, 2018. To date, the company has created a 100-per-cent-owned subsidiary, 1190090 B.C. Ltd. (Subco), and is now in the process of amending APT's certificate of incorporation with the State of Delaware to alter the existing classes of shares outstanding. Once complete, the first stage of the restructuring will result in Advanced Proteome Therapeutics' APT shares being held in Subco and all reciprocal share issuance responsibilities of APT being terminated.

I just not sure what it means. I would love it if someone can make it crystal clear to me. I want all of us to get rewarded for being patient with this company, hence my negativity. Joe
