I’m hearing

The new CEO has researched failed patents for pretty much his entire post doctoral life. Six plus years of study on drugs that got close. But just missed approvals. APC will revive some of these with their patents. 

Compared to peers this company is massively under capitalized. Don't let the website fool you. So much activity occuring behind the scenes. 

Expect to see buying pressure begin next week in anticipation of the new CEO's arrival and what that will bring!
