Apex Resources Inc. is a mineral exploration company engaged in the business of the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral resource properties. The Company has a portfolio of properties, including Jersey-Emerald tungsten-zinc mine in southern British Columbia (BC) and the Ore Hill gold property in southern BC. The Jersey-Emerald property is located in southeastern BC, about 50 kilometers (km) south of the town of Nelson and eight km southeast of the community of Salmo. The Ore Hill property covers the Ore Hill and Summit gold mines.

I would think that you would be less satisfied with this company's approach if your DD run deeper than looking at just their last couple news releases.  I see a company that sold this Kena property to a private numbered company, 1994854 Alberta Ltd, for $1.25 million and ultimately 1.5 million shares of Prize Mining.  Let's say based on a 41 cent PRZ share value, a value of about $1.85 million.
 
But then 1994854 Alberta Ltd turns around no more than seven months later and flips this property to Prize Mining for 28,525,000 million shares.  Again based on these same 41 cent shares, a deal worth about $11.7 million.  A cool paper gain of nearly $10 million or more than 500% in seven months to this private company.
 
Still satisfied?  Or is their market cap now starting to make some sense?
