New Option plan

New Option plan

I was just starting researching this stock, I just read the new management option plan.  Is the number of options 2.7mil over a 10 year period overall.  I hope it is not 2.7 mil/year.  that would just be overly dilutive.  

the potential div does seem make this stand apart from other smaller cap securities. 

any help would be appreciated.
