-Well Warren, since you asked. First off I would eat my hat if TSC is using MB as a loss leader to get people in the doors, call me skeptical but I can't see it.
A more plausible scenario is one in which MB is selling the beer to TSC at about $8 per case of 4, equivilant to about $2 per bottle. Why would they do this you ask, for at $2 per bottle they are just breaking even or more likely losing money.
Well true enough they are not making any money on the sale of product but when the product is packed to the rafters getting stale dated better to sell at a small loss rather than pay an employee to start pouring the product down the drain.
If I am wrong I will eat my hat and post it on Youtube for all to see.
This is all just my speculation, I have no info to confirm any of this.
