However the listing states "Take Over This Turn Key Beer Operation. Fully Operational With Existing Customer Base. Existing Machinery All In Place And Ready To Use."

Shouldn't the listing be updated because all the machinery has all been sold, for pennies on the $, and to reflect that is just space for rent. Is anyone surprised that management is a step or two behind on this. Meanwhile another $15,000/month gets spent on an empty facility. Imagine you are looking for a facility in the area and you were looking for something to rent, this listing would not even come up in your search.
