Drivers make more sitting at home collecting CERB then they do hustling for a few rides in the ghost town that is downtown Toronto. Let's see what happens when they finally get a chance to market the relaunched app in the fall as we emerge from Covid and things return to normal. Until then they will keep doing deals and moving forward, despite the noise.
