All you folks that really are living in dreamworld thinking it was another company, THINK AGAIN.  ARHT media has done a great jkb of trying to hide it.  When you click on the tab from searching it on google the actual news release was deleted I checked it 5 times in 2017 year...

The benefits of the consolidation include, but are not limited to, improving the capital structure of the Company to enhance its ability to access financing, helping ARHT attract key management personnel and a higher post-consolidation share price could help generate interest in the Company among investors.
