Those 13c warrants will obviously be exercised...so another million dollars plus into ART treasury.....

would it not be the other way around..??..if 8.3 million warrents were execised at 13 could they not now sell then at 26 for a double..?..We could in theory just start seeing them. I know they are in good hands but am i not correct in my assumption in some cases..??

Basically you are right, but its probably not happening due to longterm investors who will exercise them. (Probably already happened to a large amount). The point is, too much cheap warrents is avoiding new investors to jump on, when those are exercised/expire  risk will be reduced ;-)
