SEISMIC NEARING COMPLETIONWith the seismic starting around mid-feb., 2009 and a projected time of around 4-5 months, we should be nearing the completion of the seismic, with drilling to follow in late 2009 or early 2010.
The bashers also forget that NIKO has a call option on this company, having bought 19% at a share price higher than on 5/22/09 (Talisman owns no such postion in WZR, but does have its own block, separate and apart from the Block 44 with WZR)
In addition, the recent export "allowance" by the Iraq goverment, and the EU countries taking a gander at the Kurdistan gas are also positive, recent developments.
Those in power in Iraq need cash ..... it is as simple as that.
Plus the UN, and every company's lawyers are out there to sue if this ever gets ugly.
Everyone seems willing to take their chances.
