Maysteeler may be right. If VST sought out these funds, then they would likely have provided more advanced details of the drilling on a 'non-disclosure' basis. On the other hand, if private investors sought out VST to place the funds, then perhaps those same details would not be disclosed.
Be interesting to see who are these investors... Look for an early close to the PP.
