I haven't been here 10 years, though not a long way shy of it.
Genuinely anticipated much more from the company after attending a few meetings and presentations plus what I thought were good communications with Larry from time to time over the past few years.
There just hasn't been development of consistent, let alone growing, revenue streams.
Lots of encouraging relationships and interesting "one-off" events but most don't appear to amount to ongoing, profitable business. 
Want to believe I am missing stuff . Just don't think I am.
Really need to hear/see the plan that identifies a road forward with measures and timeframe.
