RE: Barrick and ''''ethics"years ago anti-trust was all the rage......remember when ma bell was broken up in the US..........nowadays everything is reverting back.....the baby bells are getting back together and the huge multinational is back and supported by govts..........my point being is that these big companies can buy up reserves but also control the tempo as regards to production.............they control the supply side of the equation (supply/demand) and prolong the supply from coming on board to ensure maximum and prolonged profitability..........capitalism at its best (a little sarcasm there) and every once and while u can get squeezed but usually in a buy out u make out ok............overall ethics has gone down the drain. Own blue pearl but was disgusted with their PP of 3mil shares to sprott ("to pay debt down") at $12 when market price was already near $13 ......thats the kind of crap that makes the tsx look like clowns!!!!!
