Roulston says why to buy North Arrow

Lawrence Roulston and Tommy Humphreys, in the Sept. 30, 2014, edition of Resource Opportunities, tell readers why to buy North Arrow Minerals Inc., recently 58 cents. This is the first time they have recommended the stock in the monthly newsletter. North Arrow's main focus is the Q1-4 kimberlite of the Qilalugaq diamond project in Nunavut, which at 12.5 hectares is the largest kimberlite ever found in the eastern Canadian Arctic. The project holds inferred resources of 26.1 million carats, as well as extremely rare yellow diamonds found in a sampling program. These yellow diamonds will be important to profitability because the kimberlite's diamond grade, 0.54 carat per tonne, is below Canadian averages. North Arrow recently excavated and shipped a 1,500-tonne sample from Qilalugaq for processing, with results expected in the first quarter of 2015. Meanwhile, the company is finalizing plans for winter exploration at its other diamond project, Pikoo in Saskatchewan. The writers like both the projects and North Arrow's backers, which include Lukas Lundin (shareholder), Gren Thomas (chairman) and Eira Thomas (adviser). They reckon that "a speculative premium could start building" in North Arrow ahead of the bulk sample results in 2015.
