Forensic Audit Ideas: Keep them coming

Forensic Audit Ideas: Keep them coming

Thus far about $1 million in potential savings have been suggested. If all of these could be implemented by the Board it would result in savings that would go straight to the bottom line and preclude the seemingly constant need to search for more money and further stock dilution. At the rate of a 10% ebita contribution, these potential savings represent the equivalent contribution of a $10 million new contract...this would be very significant!!!

The forensic audit team is busy analyzing your suggestions and doing an industry analysis. Most interesting is that the profitable ems companies don't seem to have a number of the practices that the ATQ board has been following...guess we could say the same thing about the Leafs...but I digress...

Particulary helpful have been the past employee suggestions. I would encourage you to send an email, anonymous or not (your choice) with your suggested ideas. Please email to: forensics2review@yahoo.com

One former employee did not understand why the company apparently keeps a Vancouver based accountant on staff when the company is in Markham, Ontario. Is this true? Any ideas? Keep the ideas flowing.
