WHEN??? you ask?When you decide to double up on your 1000 shares and buy some more shares...I think its called Economics 101...supply demand...something like that?

Red2000:ATQ should start to trade in the 35-40 cent range as soon as it is clear that it will have a consistent eps of 1 cent a quarter or better.  What to me has plagued ATQ is its erratic earnings and lack of predictability.Lots of potential when you look at a company like LaBarge LB on nyse which earns .77 share and has a pe multiple of 12 now.If ATQ can show an eps of .04 even at a 10
