Yes maybe all of the suspicious investors should arrange a special meeting to try to put a picture together of what has been happening and why. Perhaps an investigator or examiner could join the group as a resource. It seems a might strange to me that LB could buy Pensar last December using only debt when the ATQ board chose to raise $1.5 million of debt with a MASSIVE dilution. Strange don't ...more

Jack, that is fluff .... unless there were rumours of management leaving. I would suggest that this is an extremely unusual statement in an announcement because ordinarily the expectation is that management stays. Of course, its a reasonable thing to do if there are rumours or market suspicions that management would leave. Strikes me as a bizzare thing for you to characterize as "basic best ...more

Musing: I am just trying to understand what LB and IEC are doing that is adding value to shareholders and what ATQ needs to change to stop the dilution and loss of shareholder value.Again, in the past 7 years:LB is up 3 times, IEC is up 75 times, ATQ has lost 75% of shareholder value. Believe me I have no ready explanations. I am baffled, disappointed and searching for explanations, for an understanding as to why this is happening and what could be learned from others and what could be applied to ATQ. If you have explanations please share them with the board and management so that this thing can get turned around. I always thought the goal was to increase ...more
