What I gain from finding out the answer is whether or not he has any motivation at all to sell this company, which I think we all agree is the best way for all of us to make money on this thing. During the conversation he had with my friend the other day he was asked why he has not been purchasing anymore shares, or why he took his bonus in cash instead of shares, his explanation was that he has averaged down enough. If I truly think this company is worth in excess of 3 times its market cap than I am buying it regardless of my ACB, and he knows a lot more about what ATK could fetch in a sale, so that leads me to believe that he's content just sitting around collecting a paycheck and could care less what happens with the stock price.
