..................they may be trying to do the PP @ 6 cents.  It's always something with this one.   Still believe it will be worth it but it's been a bumpy ride to say the least.

have they announced a pp or are you just speculating? I thought they had a source of non-dilutive financing by way of selling royalty streams -- is this not the case?

     According to the latest financial statement they have secured 3rd party funding for their future drilling. They may need to raise a bit of money for operating expenses which could mean a small private placement which doesn't need to be flow through and they certainly don't need to rely on Joe Dwek and his kronies for this one. Seems like pumpers and dumpers speculating on PP. As you mentioned they already have non-dilutive financing.If they do ever choose to do a PP it sure won’t be at 6 cents. Last one was at 15 cents if any of you remember.Good to hear they’ve good haliburton for the Frac. News soon!

They haven't announced a financing so I guess it falls under speculation.  But - the current deal doesn't cover 100% of operations and they are out of $$$.   So -let's call it an educated guess.D is T

How wrong can you be??? Let me count the ways.   They did a 1mm PP just a short time ago at 6 cents. And if they need money to continue operations - they need money.   The non-dilutive financing is for specific use ..not all operations.And, it was Haliburton that messed up the fracing on the first Spearfish well.   Do some homework before you accuse people of pumping & ...more

Your absolutely right. They would never consider raising cash @ 0.06. But, they could very likely do it @ 0.61/2 and a 1/2 warrant @ 0.10..
