Even if they have no operations to report, it would be nice to see some kind of  news about what management is working on ....what there plans are for the rest of 2012.   Anything to let us know that someone is working at lleast 30 minutes a week on ATK.

Now the new director is the CEO from a solar company that Sean is invoved with I would assume most of his time is spent working on that... Here's news for ya... we messed up the #8 well in Feb... and since then Sean has made just under $100,000 in salary in that time... Plus the bonus i'm assuming he'll get for taking the stock from 7 cents to 2 cents and the debt from 0- 5.5 million.&

50 k insider shares,man,what a joke,i never thought i would ever say this,but sell the company to anyone,even if its a share swap,i mean really,how do you screw up at spearfish,especially where there land base is.

sorry no it's 2 million shares... about 50k in value...  my questions is how does this company burn through 150,000 a month for operating expenses... Nothing has been accomplished in 6 months now... I hear that news is coming next week... it better be good!
