No Rumors Flying

Very quiet trading the last few days; small downward pressure seen. i am a bit surprised that there appears to be little in the way of any hints on any bids that have been made by other companies. Information being held very tight for now. Should not be too long now before we get some information released if someone was interested in a takeover or partial byout but the slow trading does not indicate that that was the case. If there is no takeover the company should be announcing the drilling plans and possibly a private placement but a consolidation would need to happen prior to doing so. Anyone hear any rumors?

I talked to management this week.  They were very tight lipped as they have to be, but they said they were happy with how the process is unfolding.  They will be putting out a NR to inform investors next week. I could see T.Leg buying our Roncott and Spearfish for 20 million in shares.  and Trent and his team taking the remaining properties and spinning them into their new/ other

I don't know how this thing is going to play out but whenever I see the word "consolidation" mentioned along with my ATK shares, I get this stabbing pain in my gut.

Funkshow: Any idea why management didn't put out the news release this week as promised?

When do they ever....I just hope they are working on something cause no deal means we're toast.  I mean common, why are we not drilling... why is the 13-23 not fixed and producing, is anyone interested in buying this company, lots of questions and No answers.
