RE: Insiders are buying!

RE: Insiders are buying!Ontop - I agree.  It's patently obvious where the shares are coming from - it's coming from the 14MM shares they floated at $0.60 last November and that came free trading at the end of March.

As for the share price, I think it is holding up remarkably well - most PP "investors" would gladly dump all the way down to $0.60 and simply hold the $0.80 warrants.  That they are behaving and selling in the $0.80 range is unusual in this market.   And few fund "managers" can resist taking a 30% profit (120% annualized) and holding risk free warrants.

Personally, I was hoping for some aggressive selling so as to pick up some real cheapies.

Since March 30, far and away the biggest seller has been "anonymous" with about 5MM net shares sold at an average of $0.81.  Then comes Canaccord with 700K at $0.80 ave.   The biggest buyer is Raymond James, with nearly 2MM net shares bought at an average of $0.78.  TD is next with about 1MM shares at $0.81 ave.
