Atico Mining Corporation is a Canada-based company, focused on exploring, developing, and mining copper and gold projects in Latin America. The Company’s principal project El Roble mine is an underground copper, gold and silver mine and processing plant located in the Department of Choco in Colombia. This operating underground mine has processed approximately 3.5 million tons of copper-gold ore. The La Plata project is a gold-rich volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) deposit. The La Plata project consists of two concessions covering a total area of 2,235 hectares along its nine-kilometer length, which contains mineralization in two VMS lenses and nine priority exploration targets.

Score one for sanity. The right thing to do. Don't reward these weasels by granting them more stock options, especially in light of the stocks' past poor performance, and now illegal insider trading. I have voted my small amount of shares against all of their proposals - not a strong voice to be sure, but if enough of us small investors take the time to vote the same way, it should send the greedy ones a strong message.
