RE: Oh really........Donovan, you got that right. Canadian securities regulators are puussycats compared to their US counterparts. Too many shysters up here getting away with murder, and all that happens, if anything happens at all, is a slap on the wrist, a small fine, or a temporary suspension of trading or directorship rights. No jail time, no recovery of illegal (stolen) funds. It's a farce really. And about the only time they ever initiate action, seems to be when enough outraged investors make a huge public fuss. JMO.
